Civil 1 developed the complete site civil package for Harbor Point, including detailed grading plans, storm drainage & utility plans, and landscape and lighting designs. 

Civil 1 worked diligently to include state-of-the-art and low impact stormwater management techniques into the site design in order to achieve the level of sustainability needed for a LEED certified development.
