Earthworks Excavating is a full-service earthmoving and site working company specializing in commercial, industrial, and residential development. With a growing client base, Earthworks upgrade and expand their headquarters and contacted Civil 1 to design a site for a new 11,000 square foot maintenance and office facility in the Fox Hollow Industrial Park.

Civil 1 prepared the complete site development package, including site layout, grading, and stormwater management. and was the lead consultant for all required land use approvals.

Civil 1 was the also the lead site design engineer for the Fox Hollow Industrial Park, a 9-lot industrial subdivision that included the design and construction of over 2,600 linear feet of new roadway and coordination with the CT DOT Office of the State Traffic Administration.
