B. United International, Inc.

OXFORD, CT

B. United International, established in 1994, is an importer of fine beverages from around the world. They store their inventory in a strict temperature controlled environment and ship their products world wide in small quantities to maintain freshness. In order to maintain this high level if service and product integrity, BUI required sought out Civil 1 to prepare a complete site design package for a 30,000 square foot facility, which includes the distribution warehouse and small on-site brewery.

Civil 1 prepared the site, grading and storm drainage plans and served as the lead for all required land use approvals.

The B. United International head quarters is located within the Fox Hollow Industrial Park in Oxford, CT. Civil 1 also served as the lead design engineer for this subdivision, which is now home to many thriving industrial businesses and gives the Town of Oxford a strong presence in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
